on the Property Record Search button to access five possible searches. By simply typing in a parcel number, you will be able to view a variety of data. If you don't know the parcel
number, you may look up the property by the site location, owner's name or
instrument number of the
official record as currently recorded.
You will also find a wealth of information regarding exemptions; filing tangible
personal property returns; qualifying for preferential assessments for
agricultural
property; and learning about items of special interest to owners of residential and
commercial properties. If you are new to Florida or just want to know more about ad
valorem taxation, you may wish to read the section on "Understanding
Appraisals".
