Have you received Unsolicited Mail offers promising to "Lower Your Taxes"?

There are many unlicensed and unregulated companies in Florida that are currently mass mailing offers to property owners with the promise or guarantee to "Lower Your Property Taxes". Beware of such offers.

Some of these solicitations are professional in appearance. Some even appear as an official government notice stating: "IMPORTANT! PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT INFORMATION" and direct homeowners to a company website seeking money for their services.

Many of these companies lure property owners with the promise or guarantee of lower taxes and seemingly low "Flat Fees" or "No Contingency Fees" stating that unless they are successful in lowering your taxes, you do not have to pay them. However, BEWARE, many charge a "filing and processing" fee of $99 or more.
